Meat Overload Pizza

Pizza, popularized in the US and introduced to the Philippines and most countries. In the Philippines, it is also a popular food item especially for those in a hurry. You can even make one yourself using one of the readymade crusts. That way, you can have whatever toppings you like for your pizza. From the simple and customary toppings to the most bizarre which you would like to keep it a secret all by yourself.

Ingredients:

1 pc. Pizza pie crust (ready to cook)

¼ cup Pizza sauce

1/3 cup Mozzarella cheese (grated)

½ cup Bacon (honey cured, cut into thin strips)

½ cup Salami (cut into 1 cm. Squares)

Some fresh onion rings

1 tbsp. Bell pepper (squares)

Cooking Instructions:

Spread evenly on top of the pizza crust the pizza sauce by using a spoon. Distribute evenly on top of the sauce the cheese. Scatter the bacon and salami, onions, and bell pepper on top of each other.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees centigrade for about 8-10 minutes or until crust is just done. Do not overcook the bacon. Enjoy...
